Constant threat of layoffs. Lot of internal functions have been outsourced, and off-shore teams can be difficult to work with. Career growth is difficult, especially at the Senior Manager level trying to break into Director (promotions are based on who you know, not so much on performance or merit). Too many management layers (I've got 2 VPs and 2 SVPs in my chain of command), which leads to mixed priorities and slower decision making. Ashburn office is outdated.

Pay goes down every year, quotas get higher, below market salary, below market pay for the work you do. Every month you have to restart to hit quota again. Management knows everyone is underpaid, but nothing happens. To get promoted you must relocate in sales, you get a 20k increase at most as a manager (associate director) and good luck have your whole team hit quota to get paid. out of three managers with 6 people each on their teams, only 3 out of 18 hit quota
