      Pros

      Technology and working with our customers. Best network ever.

      Cons

      Absolutely terrible core of upper management. Pointing fingers at everyone and anyone but themselves. Unrealistic quotas to keep your pay in check. They have it down to a science now. They are not the company they used to be and I could list at least 50 names of hard working and loyal employees that "earned the right" to lifetime career with this company including myself and were either forced out by pay decreases or by simply letting them go by using unrealistic quotas . These were employees of over 5 or more years.

      Pros

      Pay well. Good benefits. Company offers tuition assistance. Yearly bonus depending on the health of the company. Which doesn't really apply to your specific work unit. The union mentality have infiltrated upper management which doesn't work well for the non-union portion of the company.

      Cons

      They treat people like a number on a spreadsheet. You have to adhere to arcane rules that really do not apply to your organization. They easily cut people as their attitude is if you can't or won't do it, there are plenty of people that will. Make people go against their convictions.

      Pros

      Amazing health insurance 401k and opportunity to earn tons with commission. I made 76k last year with my base only being 36k.

      Cons

      It's retail the hours suck. Metrics are always changing and management can really be on you at times. Sometimes it appears nothing that you do is good enough.
