Pros

Verizon has Good; pay, incentives, benefits, advancement, training and HAD a good working environment. Great yearly bonus based on personal and company bonus, 401K match up to 6% and tuition reimbursement up to $8,000 a semester.

Cons

Over complicated system, tools and way of doing business. Treat you like a number and put you out of work. Close corporate call centers to employee more out source in country and out of the USA. Just another LARGE American corporation FAR to BIG and only concerned with profit margins NOT people. Sure they will offer a severance, relocation and job replacement BUT why not just KEEP the jobs and make it work?
