Pros

Really great benefits, a lot of coaching and opportunity to advance your individual skills and improve your resume, networking and knowing the right people is key to advancing within the company. Really good job to teach someone how to work in a professional environment if that's what you are looking for. Work hard to get out of the retail side and into the corporate side if you want to make this a career. If you get stuck in retail, burnout is a very real problem.

Cons

It's a sales-based, commissioned environment so you are given a quota you are expected to hit. In my last few months with the company, the sales coaching became less about improving you as a (sales)person and more about trying to get guests to buy more product that they may not have needed. When you pressure people into buying or selling things in a short time frame, you lose a lot of integrity and create a poor culture for the employee and customer. I first-hand witnessed the quick decline of employee satisfaction as they were given more demands and less coaching on how to achieve these sales goals. This was a very big hit to their confidence in their ability to do their job well.

Pros

Great pay, benefits, 401k matching, tuition reimbursement. Coworkers are awesome. Most of the of the supervisors were good.

Cons

Work holidays, not much room for advancement, too much focus on pointless metrics, heavy focus on sales (even in tech support) little work/ life balance

Pros

They try to help thru words and encouragement. Starting weeks paid vacation. Benefits wait time is short. Still give a small bonus from the prior year, overtime can be done regularly.

Cons

Stressful overburden and unrealistic timelines. .Agents given hard goals. My sup does 60 plus hours of work to be completed in 40 hours. Every year, incentives taken away and pay raises are sometimes not given. Some poor labor practices. Call Center is high stress and runs across board
