Business Outlook
Pros
Normal big company benefits but nothing great. Verizon Wireless phone discount. Easy to sell customers most things because of Verizon name. Some good people here doing the actual work.
Cons
Entire company run off of Excel spreadsheets instead of multi-million dollar CRM systems already in place. Little concern for client satisfaction. Old time management of not rocking the boat to try and survive instead of thinking out of the box to fix the issues which would ultimately lead to customer and employee satisfaction. Many long term employees have figured out how to deflect blame onto others to survive to the point it's a much valued and feared skill here.
