Pros

Good environment, vacation, Health insurance, benefits, profit bonus sharing

Cons

Too much work for some and not for others. Promotions and growth does not depend on your hard work but it depend on your team and management and contacts.

Pros

Job stability, Fortune 500 company, arguably number #1 in the industry, room for growth, good bonus and competitive salaries. Benefits are OK, but nothing to write home about. They're actually on par with the rest of industry benefits is you ask me

Cons

In IT they over work you, you'll have to give up your evenings during the week, and many of your weekends too. Also, many incompetent and mediocre developers (looks like they have not even written a computer program before in their lives), makes the job that much harder for the few IT developers that are actually good. If you're a good developer, don't look to advance your skills. You'll spend most of your time cleaning up the mess of other so called developers. If you're really good just go to Google or similar company, don't waste your time here

Pros

Good benefits, flexible work environment, use of latest technology, diverse set of people to work with, education benefits, nice recreational facility,

Cons

Once you're stuck at a position, you are almost stuck for life. Hard to move or get band changed. Promotions are very rare. A new hire might end up getting better position.
