Pros
- disruptive product - large TAM - upbeat & energetic work environment - benefits & perks (also provide fertility benefits!) - a lot of growth & learning opportunities - good opportunity if you join the right team
Cons
- it's a fast-paced start up environment so if you fall behind, it shows and they notice - not the place to join if you want to be fully remote - low retention amongst sales - most of middle management seems to be on the right path, but the rest of leadership have a few things to work on still. - growing pains but typical with most startups
