      Pros

      I feel super lucky for joining Verkada and witnessing it growing so fast. I am having so much fun working with everyone here. It inspires you when you work with intelligent and brilliant people. Great location, great environment, lots of events and team buildings. It's just so efficient when your colleagues trust you and you know you can rely on them too.

      Cons

      Small startups usually come with two sides. But I only find the good side of Verkada. So no complains.

      Leadership team who has tremendous experience taking companies public. Leading-class product. Hard work culture with huge pay/equity potential. Exponential growth

      Cons

      Only what you would imagine with company doubling its employees every 6 months. ..minor growing pains (office is getting tight, often it can be loud)...nothing of note :)
