Fast growing with a TON of room for growth - 95% of sales management has come from internal promotions. Uncapped commissions with accelerators, majority of people hitting quota with average attainment well over 100%. Product is top of the line in the industry. Series C company with a lot of equity upside. Great culture and very tight knit family.

Cons

MAJOR grind, hunter role. If you can prospect you will do well, but not a role where you can sit back and expect to be fed. Constant growth means growing pains, a lot of changes.
