      Pros

      Very fun workplace, lots of support from management and executive team, exceptional team building, encouraged to work hard and rewarded if you do so, very transparent and candid workplace, given the tools to do the job well, lots of room to grow.

      Cons

      Very high expectations, sometimes seemingly too high. Can be seen as a place where if you fall behind, you stay behind.

      Pros

      Verkada is a great place to take your career to the next level. You are compensated very well and there is a lot of potential for quick growth in this rocket ship. They are very supportive of your career aspirations and have a collaborative culture. Everyone is very nice and it is amazing to work with everyone here!

      If you don't like working hard and playing hard then this place probably isn't for you.

      Pros

      Company culture is great, there's catered breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The managers take a hands-off approach to management and (IN THE SAME BREATH) are really engaging with the team. They're there when we need them, but they aren't breathing down our necks both figuratively and literally (we all just took harassment training). They trust that we can get our work done each day.

      Cons

      Sometimes the chicken breast is a little dry.
