Pros

I started with Verkada last month. I wasn't in the market for a new job but one of their recruiters reached out to me with a great opportunity. My interview process was great, the recruiter was very clear on expectations and the offer and onboarding process was seamless. Everyone I met with was extremely friendly and helpful. A+ experience so far.

Cons

No real cons so far. I would say that I found it odd that they had me fly out to the HQ office in San Mateo for an onsite interview for 2-3 hours. Could have been done through Zoom but it was nice to meet with people in person. Overall no complaints.

Cons

- every now and again issues crop up, related to the fast scaling, that might require extra time and attention to solve, but nothing out of the ordinary
