Culture. Hands down the most incredible place to work I've ever been. The people here are insanely talented and the company really cares about its employees. Everyone within the company is on the same page and has the goal to make Verkada a successful company. This isn't a place for people looking for a 'Job' and that's exactly what I've been looking for. This place is challenging but it's a place where you will supercharge your career! The growth and development that you will face here is unlike anything out there on the job market. Never have I been a company where the days go by so fast!

It is challenging which requires you to bring your best. I think many people expect things to be easy and get caught off guard when things require effort.
