Other companies may have very smart people too but here we all talk about how people are not only smart but nice people that you look forward to work and build with. - I dare you find another company with the growth this place has had and the trajectory we’re heading to this year. - If you have a great ideas this is the place where you can pitch them, get the resources and make it happen. Executives are approachable, and well thought out ideas are heard.
Cons
- people work hard, you need to stay on your toes and level up your efficiency. This is a place of doers and they are fast. - the commute - it’s a 5 days in office. The energy and perks in the office are awesome, from the coffee in the morning to the pizza and bar at the end of the day, you build quickly tight relationships and that makes the commute less painful but there’s still the daily drive.
