The AAE program at Verkada is one of the only entry level sales development programs that gets its members promoted to Account Executives in 6 months or less. I highly reccommend considering this program if you are looking to start your career in tech sales at a hyper growth, pre IPO company with an exceptional product and fast-track to a closing role. Not only will you get the opportunity to interview for a closing position after ~6 months in the AAE program, but you will be equipped with immense knowledge of the full sales cycle, product lines, and get real customer facing experience to help you succeed right off the bat when you become an AE. AAE's notoriously are top performers when they become AEs due to the strategic design and structure of the AAE program which gives you every tool you need and more to start a successful sales career at Verkada. There is no sales development program out there that equips its members for more success than this one. The AAE management team is excellent and if you do get the opportunity to ever work under Erika Becker and Christina Chace you shouldn't miss out on having amazing leaders who are truly invested in your growth and success.
