No work life balance at all unless you have a photographic memory. Will have test every Monday so no weekend to decompress. On phones 24/7. Not many people hit quota. Most people try to stay a year or two to get hired at another company that is better. Heard other offices were better in all aspects. Very high turnover

You are nothing but a number to them. I have seen people get fired after five months because they walked into a bad territory and despite working significantly harder than other people, they were brutally fired with no warning. Management is always half underwater because the turnover is so high. The product has a very long cycle and relies heavily on happening to get the right budget at the right time. Which many times they end up going with a cheaper solution. Over my course of two years, I had four different managers and several periods of 2 to 3 months with no manager because they had been fired abruptly. There was very little respect given to me by my last manager because I was younger, and they had not worked in a startup before. The pay was very low with me starting out at $42,500 a year and climbing to $99,000 a year after going from SDR to the county executive and then finally to the channel.
