Pros

Medical, dental, and vision benefits were good.

Cons

Supervisors were terrible and would only be there for about 4 months. High turnover and hard to get moved to a different department. You have to work there a year before you can get moved to a decent department. Customer service is awful. Back to back calls. Employees don't stick to break and lunch schedule and supervisors are rarely available to help. Training only lasts about a month and for this type of work, should be at least two months.

Pros

They supplied the laptop and we were able to use their VPN.

Cons

Each team or job should have a P&P and they do not.
