Pros

….the fact you get to work from home.

Cons

No support from management Low pay Expect you to do everyone’s job… literally. Team extremely too small for call volume, so you feel overworked. Micromanaging You’re harassed if you take a break. Management is prejudice. No team meetings. Unable to communicate collectively as a team, ever. Management very punitive. Stressful stressssssful work environment.

Pros

Lots of growth potential, extremely flexible work arrangements, plenty of opportunity for recognition and growth if you're willing to take initiative

Cons

Not always the most organized. Basic things like org structure are missing and expectations about performance reviews change every other month. There seems to be a disconnect in upper management about what kind of company culture they want to have.
