In 2 words: senior management. The goals are set by senior management and they set unattainable goals and then hold everyone to achieving them. Senior management is out of touch with the workforce. They do not care about people or patients. They are driven by their personal bonuses and corporate profit. There is no loyalty to employees. Everyone is viewed as a replaceable commodity. They like to talk about work place diversity but the executive team is exclusively white, middle aged men. The environment is highly adversarial. Those that want to climb the corporate ladder step on one another to get recognition from senior management.

1. Organizational Structure: The company is top-heavy, leading to a significant stress and workload burden on lower-level employees. 2. Company Culture: The prevalent culture leans towards “burn & churn”, leading to high turnover rates and frequent employee burnout. 3. Work-Life Balance: Finding a balance between work and personal life is challenging, with the scales often tipping in favor of work. 4. Senior Management: Many managers, particularly at the Senior Director level and above, have displayed inadequate leadership qualities. Bully tactics seem prevalent, and there appears to be a significant bias against certain groups. Females, those who think differently, and immigrants often face challenges in advancing to leadership roles. 5. Company Ethics: Hypocrisy is evident, with favoritism in promotions being a recurring issue. Instead of genuine feedback and open dialogue, leadership often resorts to telling employees what they think they want to hear. 6. Employee Well-being: Despite its growth, the company’s success seems to come at the expense of its employees’ mental and physical health.
