      - Great people - Very nice and international environment - Lots of opportunities to grow and develop yourself as a professional - New ideas/feedback are well appreciated

      Cons

      - Sometimes communication between newly acquired companies could be challenging, therefore probably would be a good idea to hire a consultant who could help the companies to smoothen the transition/merging process, write Communication guides and make sure that everyone is onboarded on the preselected communication tools.

      Pros

      Fast growing company with a lot of growth and learning opportunities. People are super friendly and are true proffessionals: it's a very nice enviroment to be in and it definitely makes you more even motivated and success-oriented.

      Cons

      With all the growth and development it might be hard to catch up, but your teammates and other teams, as well as your manager are there to help.
