      Pros

      A very friendly and collaborative atmosphere. As the company grows quickly there is a lot of space for growth and opportunities to try yourself in new initiatives and take ownership of them

      Growth comes with challenges and sometimes it is a bit tricky to stay on track and be focused

      Big scope of ownership and decision making, a lot projects to choose from (both interesting and innovative, as well as tedious and monotonic). Being proactive and detailed orientated is highly appreciated.

      Cons

      Frequently lack of direction and organisation structure. Often one have to figure out internal organisation (e.g. who is in charge of project A today).
