In a delivery organization the nature of the work does require off-hours work when the market is closed. Therefore we try to provide a lot of flexibility for people working in those instances. We conduct an annual review of our compensation program to ensure they are competitive in the market. Our merit increases have continued to be competitive over the years. Due to our open door policy our employees should feel free to speak directly with their manager about compensation concerns.
