Pros

Vestmark has quality employees. It is a collaborative and inclusive environment. Managers are supportive of your career growth. It can feel like a pretty flat organization.

Cons

There really aren’t any major cons.

Salary is only one component of our total rewards strategy which provides great value to our employees.

True open door policy, mentorship program, a variety of social events, great opportunities to learn/expand your skills and you will get noticed for it. Fantastic benefits package

Cons

Some roles require off hours/weekend work. Annual merit increases are low, sometimes barely the rate of inflation.

Thank you for your recognition of our high quality programs, events, and benefits. We find that these programs help us make Vestmark a great place to work. In a delivery organization the nature of the work does require off-hours work when the market is closed. Therefore we try to provide a lot of flexibility for people working in those instances. We conduct an annual review of our compensation program to ensure they are competitive in the market. Our merit increases have continued to be competitive over the years. Due to our open door policy our employees should feel free to speak directly with their manager about compensation concerns.
