I have worked her for many years and it is busy, but the employees and management are great. There is respect all around and people are just plain nice. The benefits are rich and there are parties and events that celebrate the employee and our contributions nearly every week. The execs are smart, dedicated and of the people. Best healthcare plan compared to other companies.

Cons

Since there are so many company events and freebies some of my colleagues have become spoiled - they just want more more more. Vestmark gives enough - it's not a grocery store at your fingertips.

Culture, culture, culture! Vestmark really values their employees. They offer competitive salaries, equity in the company, plenty of coffee, soda, and snacks, monthly company meetings where management shares any and all information. Vestmark is constantly looking for feedback from employees and they try to implement the feedback assuming it makes sense. Plenty of celebration - Yearly kick off meetings, summer outings with the family, celebrations to support the local sports teams, sometimes there is no reasonfor the celebration, just because we can. Explosive growth, company was 70 people 3 years ago and now is 300.

Cons

The fintech space is difficult because the sales cycles can be long and there is a lot of competition.
