Vestmark building a solid business

Pros

Solid business, growing fast, profitable, great revenue model, management deeply understands the FinServ space. The work is interesting and the people great - if you're smart, you'll do well and have opportunities to advance. The business is growing at startup speed: head count has gone from 70-250 in three years. None of the drama of some startups - Vestmark is building a stable business, not a high-flyer. No crystal ball here, but I expect the same after IPO: a company with strong growth and no gut-wrenching excursions in the stock price.

Cons

Yep, it's been a long wait for IPO.
