reasonable ceo, some staff are friendly, but senior are not, work schedule reasonable, only for people with privilege, reason potential growth, only for employee in the circle.

Cons

outdated technology, senior level engineers dictate approach but think they are the king and has right to mistreat anyone by ranking.

Vestmark has a great working environment everyone is friendly and always willing to help. Everyone here is very intelligent and experts in their fields. I have also seen many instances where the company has promoted from within instead of just giving the job to an outsider. Overall I am very proud to work here.

flexibility with home or office hours a lot of good team building efforts management does a good job recognizing those that go above and beyond Company allows for lunch with CEO to ask questions and get face time

Starting to develop a little bureaucracy which reduces efficiency pay is average
