friendly co-workers (if there is time in the day to mingle) free parking good location, near lake in wakefield (helpful to get some fresh air during the day or walking meeting outside) stock options (could be a con since they don't seem to have any plans to try to take the company public) Benefits are ok, but 401K matching would be nice as it is talked about almost every year and never happens

long hours management's inability to relate to workers minimal room for growth

Co-workers are nice maybe the stock options are worth something free soda and snacks

Cons

Pay is below average Management is not honest A lot of cost cutting and no promotions bring in young fresh kids to replace higher paying employees
