Clear with expectations, great support for clinic marketing, payroll, legal, and HR. Always looking for progressive and innovative ways to make our clinic even better. Rewards given based on growth and performance accolades versus profit. Incredible employee benefits that most privately owned practices can't offer. Open to suggestions, solicits opinions from entire team. Does not get involved in medical management, entrusts chief of staff. Encourage network of Hospital Managers to share ideas and brainstorm.

Cons

Been part of Vetcor since 2013 and really have no complaints.

Pros

Employee discount slightly better then typical. Lots of freebys. Regular raises. Great medicine. Close knit employees.

Cons

Squeaky wheels always get preference over quality employees. No paths for advancement. Good employees get pushed out to make room for low cost, untrained employees. Constant pressure from corporate to cut hours and costs.

None that I can think of. What once was a nice working environment, now turned into plastic, phoney people. Just ugly.

Cons

They could care a less. Anyone who sells their practice to a corporation, is full of nothing but greed. No longer in it for the love of animal's, just money. Disgusting!
