high demand, low staff

Pros

There are pet benefits, mostly remote, decent pay

Cons

high IT ticket volume, not nearly enough staff to adequately work tickets and will run weeks or months behind. Because of this there is low satisfaction among clinic staff and IT team morale.

You can bring your animals to work The doctors are caring The techs/assistants work extremely hard

Cons

Horrible management Disgusting treatment towards: CSR, techs, and assistants Money hungry Underpaying hardworking individuals Not allowing employees time away when the one who schedule it has multiple vacations a year
