The company's leadership does a phenomenal job facilitating a transparent and authentic culture - even from the early interview stages, I was amazed at the candor they showed. Management is consistently checking in to ensure team members have the support and opportunities to grow within the company. Everyone here is talented, diligent, willing to help each other (and SO fun!) because we want to succeed as a team. There are frequent social events outside of work because we genuinely enjoy each other and want to hang out. The mission and dedication to our customers is unparalleled in my experience and seeing that play out day to day is what makes working here so impactful. No two days are the same and you get to see the tangible effect we are having in the industry!

Culture is so important to this company and it shows in everything we do! Multiple team retreats a year along with many remote team events so everyone feels connected. Very open communication with leadership and the ability to grow into different roles. I have weekly 1-1's with my direct reporting manager so I always feel very supported in my role!
