Thanks for your review, as we are always looking to improve. In the 1st quarter of 2022, our Full Time CVTs averaged 32.7 hours per week at a compensation rate of $30.22 per hour. That means that they work 3-4 days a week, generally. Those individuals had zero out of pocket costs for health, vision and dental insurance, as we pay full premiums for our employees. They are also eligible to receive reimbursement for uniforms, CE, and organizational dues. All while being able to create their own schedule. We don't just preach work life balance, we practice it. Because of our position within this community, we are acutely aware of what our competition is offering in compensation. We do not misrepresent pay rates in job advertisements, and all employees are given an offer letter that states their initial base pay, which can be negotiated in certain instances.
