Best job I've had

Pros

You make your own schedule and choose where you want to work. Don't like a hospital? You don't have to go back. Company offers competitive pay, excellent benefits for full time employees, and PTO. Staff at hospitals are friendly and grateful. Great way to bring variety to your career- every day is different.

Cons

Decreased sense of community with coworkers. It can be hard to find shifts close to home during the winter if living in Northern Colorado

You make your schedule Great Benefits including health/dental vision for full timers Cool to see new practices all the time Supportive Managers Shift differential pay and call in bonuses

Cons

Can be stressful to navigate to new places Benefits are prorated if you're not full time, no insurance if not full time Don't get to know your co-workers as well since everyone works remotely
