Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are excited to offer both full time and part time scheduling options to our employees. If you find you are driving more than 45 minutes one way on average for your shifts, please reach out to your account manager, as they can often assist in finding shifts closer for you. Our pay scale is meant to complement our comprehensive benefits package, and the flexibility to assign yourself to shifts allows you the flexibility to determine your shift differentials as well, from $1 to $6 extra per hour! Again, feel free to reach out to your manager if you have questions regarding this.

Pros

VSS has an excellent support staff and supervisors for the employees. The hospitals they offer for relief shifts are high quality. The shift board is easy to navigate and build your schedule. Any concerns or questions are always replied to promptly by the VSS team.

Cons

I have not encountered any negative or cons.

Great Company to Work For!

Pros

You make your schedule Great Benefits including health/dental vision for full timers Cool to see new practices all the time Supportive Managers Shift differential pay and call in bonuses

Cons

Can be stressful to navigate to new places Benefits are prorated if you're not full time, no insurance if not full time Don't get to know your co-workers as well since everyone works remotely
