Amazing Opportunity!

Pros

Build your own schedule, generous shift differentials, opportunity to try out different departments/specialties (oncology, radiology, neurology, pharmacy, emergency, etc), health/vision/dental insurance, supplemental insurance, CE dues (for full time employees). I've made some great friendships and connections by working with so many different people.

Cons

Limited interaction with other VSS employees. Your favorite shifts/clinics may disappear as the clinic hires permanent employees or as their funding/protocols for relief coverage changes.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We know it can be hard working in a primarily "remote" community. We have put extra emphasis into establishing regular community events in 2018 and look forward to continuing this into 2019 as well! Pros

You can LITERALLY make your own schedule, 100% Medical/Dental/Vision Paid for, Competitive Pay, Shift Differentials, Call in bonuses, CE Reimbursement, License Reimbursement and great management!

Cons

There is no central location. So it's difficult to get to know co-workers.

Pros

I find this to be such a great fit foe me personally. This company has allowed me to have such a flexible schedule as well as earn additional income. It was a simple and straight forward process getting hired and picking up shifts.

Cons

I can not express anything negative toward the company or staff with whim I have met.
