Pros

This company offers Relief work for CVTs and services the Denver metro area. You can pick your own hours, they pay shift differentials, and offer competitive pay and benefits. The upper management really care about you’re goals, and health outside of work too. They’re All great. They also offer career developing “classes”- such as a professional writing class.

Cons

Commute can be a bit much if you don’t live in Denver.

Pros

ability to work on your terms great benefits - if you qualify based upon number of hours worked variety of clients to work for clients are generally very happy to have your help help is available from your supervisor if needed

Cons

travel time and stress to get to client locations lack of shifts during certain times of year you are reviewed by the clients without the ability to respond difficult to maintain hours and keep benefits if slow initial costs of uniforms and drug testing

Pros

Working with VSS has been a great way to balance having a part-time job on my terms. I took a break from the industry for a couple of years and had been looking to get back in without committing to one clinic on a tight schedule. VSS has let me jump in with different teams that have all been very helpful in onboarding me to the ways of their clinics. Bonuses are also great for different shifts, and I like the shift differential pay that is offered - giving higher pay to the less-desired time slots. This is a great way to change up the old routine if you're bored in your current practice.
