Pros

The posts I have worked have been fantastic, the people I worked with were awesome, and I became friends with most of the people I met while working here.

Cons

I would have to say communication is an issue, and of course the pay could always be better.

Pros

Pay is decent for the kind of work we do. Supervisor does a good job of separating what we deal with from client of what is and what is not pertinent.

Cons

Making any changes to personal file such ad mailing address or dependants takes forever, and pay amount never seems to be the same week to week.
