Pros

During the time that I was employed, the availability of work, and overtime was abundant. Also, the hiring process was simple to accomplish.

Cons

The attitude of most of the supervisors left a lot to be desired. Additionally, receiving my last checks, after giving two weeks notice, was anything but simple.

Pros

Many sites available, experienced supervisors, good area manager that will help good guards out of bad situations even if he has to take money from his own pocket, will usually fix any problems with your check such as not getting paid for all of your hours, competitive pay.

Cons

Supervisors get paid straight time for their overtime work, area manager overworked, owner brags about how rich he is and all of his toys that he has to his employees, has had problems with checks coming in on time.
