Really love the culture at Vetsource and the amount of teamwork across our function and other areas. The culture here is strong and full of kindness.

Full of dog lovers and many, many people that work there are very nice.

Cons

No long-term vision for the company or individual departments. I've worked in a number of notoriously tough industries and have never been spoken down to or dismissed the way I was by people at Vetsource. If you're considering working here, just move on. There's a chance your manager would be one of the good ones, but it's not worth the gamble. Senior leadership is not held to any meaningful standards for performance, leadership, or expertise.
