Pros

- Beautiful office, that is now obsolete - Good non-management employees - Great product

Cons

Where to begin… - MASSIVELY underpaid and overworked employees. The business could be categorized as a tech company or pharmaceutical company, but they instead identify as a “distribution company” which justifies them paying their people a fraction of what the market calls for - Poor, oblivious upper management - No work/life balance in several departments - Benefits are pricey and are so-so - Outdated PTO policy, earning only 6 hours per check - Constructive feedback on employee needs is not taken into consideration - Promoting people based on tenure, not on skills. Just because you’ve worked at the company for years doesn’t mean you should be managing others - Hour long, weekly 1:1 meetings, whether they’re needed or not. Not an effective use of time. Always felt more like a test of “what have you done?” or “what are you working on?” to justify your existence - Entire sales organization was broken. Unethical, immoral practices were not only accepted, they were rewarded - Senior Leadership has no idea what is going on with their front line managers and front line reps - Lack of diversity in upper management is shameful - Sales people are miserable, but no one in management seems to care. They are hemorrhaging good people

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We strive to live by our core values, it does not sound like you feel this was your experience and we are disappointed to hear that. While we are working diligently to improve the current processes and continue our mission, it’s critical that we have the right structures and processes in place to support career progression at all levels of the organization.
