Portland Business Journal's top places to work for 2023-2024 Really Lives the Core Values: Do the Right Thing Every Time Treat Others the Way They Want to Be Treated Embrace Change; Be Innovative Get it Done Enjoy the Work!

Cons

PTO is ~15 days and there is no negotiation with this. Portland location is almost in Gresham which can be problematic to get to.

Pros

Remote, fairly decent work life balance. Constant change, fair to decent benefits. Could be better. They have great diversity incentives and groups/support.

Cons

Clarification on realistic roles, and responsibilities. Certain supervisors micromanage. Attendance is a joke. Communication needs work.
