Cons

* PTO and compensation aren't the best in the market, however the quality of work/life balance and values-driven workplace are priceless

Pros

Surrounded by extremely passionate, intelligent, and hard-working Associates. Vetsource is certainly one of those companies that at the end of your day, you know the work you completed is making a positive impact on Pets/Pet Owners!

Cons

Not a con of Vetsource, but just an overall challenge for remote-based companies....it can be difficult to build a tight culture (Vetsource does it well with online communities + continual company updates)
