Pros

VetSource shows their appreciation for their employees. They constantly celebrate birthdays and holidays, friendly department competition, raffles, and company parties. VetSource is creating tons of opportunities for their employees as the company continues to grow at a rapid pace. I love working here and would highly recommend this company to others.

Cons

We need to hire more people due to the volume of clients we are now assisting. This isn't necessarily a con, but more of a pro since business is booming!

Pros

Good work environment, friendly culture, there are dogs. I personally really enjoy the work that I do here. My direct manager empowers me to work on projects, handle other departments and grow my responsibilities. We are constantly working to improve our department and our processes, which means getting to be innovative on a regular basis which keeps things interesting.

Cons

Disorganized, though it's getting better, bad communication between departments. Health benefits are not good.
