Great people, very friendly. Everyone is always willing to help out if I have a question which is nice as a new person

Cons

Wages are eh, training and onboarding is a mess. No organization whatsoever, and our team lead, though good at her job, is overworked and not well versed in training

With any growing company, there have been moments of stress. But through strong leadership and a clear mission, VetSource has made me feel valued as an employee. The challenges are daily and varied and leave me feeling satisfied with my work. I have grown a lot as an individual and an employee while working here and am excited for the potential for more growth in the future. In my 5+ years of employment at VetSource, I have never once dreaded going to work in the morning.

Cons

Benefits are mediocre. No increase in PTO until your 5 year anniversary.
