Great people, very friendly. Everyone is always willing to help out if I have a question which is nice as a new person

Cons

Wages are eh, training and onboarding is a mess. No organization whatsoever, and our team lead, though good at her job, is overworked and not well versed in training

Remote, fairly decent work life balance. Constant change, fair to decent benefits. Could be better. They have great diversity incentives and groups/support.

Cons

Clarification on realistic roles, and responsibilities. Certain supervisors micromanage. Attendance is a joke. Communication needs work.
