Pros

Good pay, excellent work environment, opportunity to help the elderly (we all will be, sooner or later).

Cons

For me: a long commute, but then it's not the Vi's fault that there is heavy traffic in California!

I feel the hourly pay was not bad.

Cons

Hires part time but no hour because on call. have not had any hours in two months.

The benefits are great! I also like my co-workers as well as the residents.

Cons

I find the courses we have to take a bit long, other than that I can't complain about anything. I really like working there. Although I have been working there for only two months.
