The individuals, the DSP staff, the homes.

Cons

Upper Management (RD), not being properly trained, being thrown into a sh*tshow and being blamed for not know how to fix it. No work life balance probably work 60-70 hours or more a week.

Management is kind, but takes no bs. Higher than average pay for the area.

Cons

HR is a joke. The for-profit model has caused some issues. Health insurance isn’t very good.
