Pros

I worked in an office role but I could tell that most employees truly cared about the consumers they served. ViaQuest puts a lot of effort into creating a fun company culture. Working in the field is very rewarding. Great experience and learned a lot in my time with the company. A lot of great people in the company.

Cons

High turnover with direct care staff and management is inefficient. Lack of accountability on multiple levels. Mid-Level management is overworked which causes low morale and terminations/resignations.

Pros

I honestly don't know where the negativity comes from on some of these reviews. They are likely selfish employees who shouldn't be in this industry in the first place. This company hires people with a hard-working approach and a go-getter attitude. Even if you don't have prior experience, if you have the desire to put in the effort, management will guide and support you along the way. Their vision lies with the patient and quality of care. They are willing to do the right thing for the patient even if that means it will have a negative impact on the company. They truly care about their employees and are willing to listen and react to employee recommendations, comments, and feedback.

Cons

This industry requires hard work and long hours, but we are here to serve others. If you are here to make a lot of money without putting in the necessary work then don't waste your time.
