7yThank you for your post, I really appreciate it. We are lucky to have so many dedicated people committed to always doing the right thing. Being underfunded is the number one issue industry wide that we will be working with the legislature on this year...this has to change. We have too many people who dedicate their lives to people in need and they need raises! Thank you for your advice, we will keep our head down to keep making improvements as we change lives every day. Your positive reinforcement means a lot to me.
