7yThank you for your post, I really appreciate your thoughts. I would love to be able to give raises more regularly. Unfortunately, we are reimbursed 100% by the government and have not had rate increase in years. Most providers had to go to the model solely to stay in business. Our trade associations are getting more aggressive to seek rate increases so we can compensate people for the incredible work they do. It is a sad state of affairs when our hard working employees cannot be recognized for their great work when competitors in other industries can simply raise their prices to account for raises. I can assure you I am fighting as hard as I can to get our legislature to reimburse us adequately. Thank you again for your post
