Pros

Very friendly co-workers. Very close-knit atmosphere. Employees go above and beyond to help each other out across all disciplines. Staff genuinely cares about the patients we serve. Our clients get the best care, hands down. Staff is given the opportunity to work independently as well as part of a team. Truly a rewarding job. Management is very compassionate and listens attentively to the needs of field staff and helps facilitate smooth operating of the organization. Management also involved in patient care, and will jump in when needed to assist field staff with patient dilemmas. Great teamwork and staff appreciation. I always feel valued within this company. Flexible schedules. Upper management is easy to speak to and happy to address concerns. Best company I've ever had the privilege to work for.

Cons

Unfortunate gossiping by a few unhappy employees feeling overwhelmed with high demand. My advice- ask for help. Healthcare is a team effort.

Had a very good experience at Viaquest

Pros

- The staff is very close-knit and friendly - Gave me leniency while trying to get comfortable in my position - Asking the employees in higher positions for assistance was never an issue, all of them gladly helped me

Cons

- Cell service for AT&T is weak in the area - Not a ton of food options nearby, but the sheetz has a lot of options

Pros

Great pay and mileage reimbursement. Pay used to be tied to productivity numbers and so it wasn't consistent but that was changed in 2017 and we now get a flat base rate and the opportunity for a bonus each month if we hit our productivity goal. Flexible work schedule. Great team and leaders.

Cons

We don't see the CEO very often in our psych clinic because we are more segregated than the rest of the office staff. Can be lots of driving depending on where clients live.
