Went downhill fast

Pros

At first was a great work life balance, interesting people, motivated, exciting. It WAS definitely an amazing place to work and learn. The people made the company and drove it to excel.

Cons

Lack of direction from management, no idea how the market is moving. Terrible decisions from the then CEO which was catastrophic for the business as a whole and lead to the company spiraling downwards. Terrible hires at the top which sapped money, resources and time. Lots of talking big but no real action. Got rid of half the company in routine purges from departments which were lacking in people anyways. Management thought that everything could be solved by getting rid of those who questioned the direction of the company but just lead to the best and the brightest either being fired or leaving of their own accord.

Pros

The culture and the people are great. Vibrant provides a supportive and collaborative team environment. Surrounded by smart people who want to help you succeed and leadership takes care of their people.

Cons

Not many cons come to mind, but this is a fast paced industry. If you can keep up, you're in good hands with good people.
