People are pretty cool, USA today company meetings are fun, Nice office and area to be in, Bagel Fridays, Drinking on Fridays, Foosball, pingpong, you become pretty close with your co-workers

Hours 9-6= DRAG Compensation is low Work is boring unless you LOVE LOVE LOVE media

They were always doing the right things to think ahead.

Cons

Too many people who didn't work well together. A lot of finger pointing. Not my job. No one wanted to dive in and do a job that wasn't on their job description.

Pros

When I first started, they were still taking the entire company on a holiday trip. The last one was to Miami and it was a BLAST. Soon after, the co-founders left, new management came in and it was more about the bottom line than it was about taking care of the staff. The product was unique and the leader in the space. Most of the people were fantastic.

Cons

One of the co-founders came back to run the company. He may be smart (?) but has almost zero interaction with a relatively small team. No emails, no video conferences, no face time. The company lost a lot of its heart over the years. Hours are 9-6p.
